As a Mindfulness Coach, I’m different to a counsellor or therapist.
Rather than talking about your past traumas, your relationship with your parents and so on, we will be practising mindfulness-based techniques that help you to let go of painful emotions, live more in the moment and understand yourself at a much deeper level. The coaching part also involves getting clearer what your personal and professional goals are and supporting you to achieving them.
I’m really passionate about what I do because mindfulness has totally transformed my life in every conceivable way, from the way I enjoy food to learning how to let go of stress and anxiety. What drives me is wanting to share what’s helped me with other people. I believe that the key to pretty much all our problems, is learning to be kinder to yourself and more accepting of who you are. I teach people to do that through simple practices that change the way you feel in just a few minutes.
